・廚房也負責一般的烹飪,因此並非只針對素食者。

Our restaurant is not certified vegan by any third-party organization.
The kitchen is not dedicated to vegan food, as it is also used for general cooking.
We use the same teppan-yaki griddle for other customers' food.
Cutting boards, knives, bowls, and other cooking utensils are used for regular cooking, and are not dedicated for vegan use.
No animal or seafood products are used in the soup stock.
Kelp (seaweed) soup stock is used.
We use the same tableware and utensils that we use for our regular customers.
No oriental vegetarian dishes are used. (Alcohol and five pungent roots and ingredients are used.)
